Returns

How to Return  

 

Before authorizing any returns, we require pictures showing the issue for our review, they can be emailed to our Customer Service at sales@fabuheels.com or attach them on our "Let's Chat!" dialog box. Allow 24-48 hrs. for review of your request. If return is authorized,  Items must be in their original packaging with tags and unworn. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer. A full refund or replacement will be provided upon receipt of goods.

 

To avoid fit issues

Always measure your foot from Heel to Toe and use the length measurements either in CM or INCHES in the Size Specs Table.

Conditions of Product  

 

If a return is authorized, you must return the item with its original tags and shipping package, unworn. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. 

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Only exchanges when item shipped is the wrong item. Please let us know asap of any issue.

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders being shipped from our Suppliers Direct may take between 10-20 business days for delivery. You may track your order with tracking number provided in your emailed receipt.

  • ​Orders shipped from our U.S.A. based warehouse may take up to 7 business days for delivery. You may track your order with the tracking number proved in your email receipt. 

  • Some orders may not be shipped in the manufacturers box to minimize the cost of shipping to our customer.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

We are looking into International Shipping rates.

 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

All Custom Duties and other fees have been covered.
